Generating electrical energy from renewable sources, wood / biomass fuel is now becoming widely used for medium to large scale power projects.
Through our exclusive link with the German company Weiss-Kessel, we are able to offer a full range of power generation options, these include:
- High pressure steam boilers (linked to a steam driven turbine)
- Thermal oil boilers (linked to Organic Rankine Cycle [ORC] plant that achieves electrical generation without the use of high pressure steam)
Generally accepted at this time, the starting point installation for producing electrical power from wood is a 250kWe plant.
