Hot Water Boilers
Our smaller biomass hot water boilers from 150kW to 600kWth are manufactured in the UK.
Our larger hot water boiler systems, or systems that need a high degree of combustion control, are manufactured in Germany by Weiss-Kessel. They are recognised internationally as leaders in the field Industrial hot water boilers designed specifically for biomass. The boilers come in many different options and are designed to fit the client specification. They can be supplied in thermal power output from 650kW up to a maximum of 50MWth. with a range of furnace and burning grate designs that include; cyclone furnace (underfeed and injection), rotating nozzle grate furnace and push grate furnace. These boilers come with automatic ash extraction, automatic tube cleaning, using compressed air, and flue gas recirculation for greater combustion chamber temperature control.
We also have a mid range between 200kW and 3MWth from the Danish Commercial hot water boiler manufacturer LinKa. They produce very compact, innovative and efficient wood fired biomass boiler systems that also have high water volumes, which in some cases can remove the need for buffer vessels within the distribution system. These boilers come with automatic ignition, automatic ash extraction and automatic tube cleaning using compressed air.
